The Kymellians destroyed their natural home with a formula that is far too dangerous. The Power Pack kids father learned how to make this formula and put the earth in dangers. He did not know it was harmful and was just using it for energy. The Kymellians came to Earth to try and stop the humans from using this formula. The Kymellians are not the bad guys. They are just trying to help humans. Whitey (the Kymellian sent to save the Earth) got in a fight with the Snarks ( the bad guys) and got seriously injured. Just before he died he passed his powers on to the Power Pack Kids.
