Julie

Julie was around ten years old when the comic started and she first received her powers. Her power was flying at fast speeds. Julie loves to read more than anything. She always has her nose in a book.  Julie likes reading better than TV.  At one point when they switched costumes after they had the power switch, Katie got Julies costume and power and had to pull out tons of book out of the costumes pockets. Julie got Jacks' molecular power when they did the power switch. But her flying power came back by the end of the series. When Julie had the molecular powers she learned how to create a forcefield using the air bubbles.
