Franklin is very cute and the others like him. He received his powers at birth. Franklin's power is forseeing the future. This is a great help to the power pack members. Franklins parents led the group called Fantastic Four, so he grew up around Super Heroes. He does not trade powers with the others since he is not a sibling. Franklin and Katie tend to fight a lot. But I personally think they have crushes on each other.
